With the rapid development of China’s economy, overseas property and investment immigration have become the latest investment philosophy of the Chinese people. Overseas Property and Investment Immigration Exhibition is a grand event targeted at the ever-growing industry of overseas property and investment immigration in China. （展位配置：一條KT板中英文楣板、洽談圓桌一張、4把椅子；資料桌一個(gè)、椅子兩把；地毯、220V電源插座一個(gè)、射燈兩只）。
B、特裝展位：2500元人民幣/ m2，（室內(nèi)光地36m2起租，不提供任何配置，展商可自行安排特殊裝修或委托組織單位推薦展臺搭建公司）；
Booth charge
A. Standard booth: 12 m2 (3m*4m), 2800 yuan/ m2
(The booth includes the following facilities: a fascia board in both Chinese and English, one table, two chairs, carpet, 220V power socket, two spotlights)
B. Specially decorated booth:2500 yuan/ m2
(The indoor light booth area on rent must be over 36 square meters. No facilities are provided for the booth, and the exhibitor can arrange special decoration or entrust the organizer to recommend a booth building company.)

Sponsor program
The organizer will invite competent companies to sponsor the exhibition. There are three ways to sponsor the exhibition, namely diamond, gold and silver, which will enjoy special treatment provided by the organizer respectively (details are provided upon request.).
參展程序
A、填寫《參展申請表》加蓋公章后郵寄或傳真至大會組委會；參展單位需按付款通知的要求，于7個(gè)工作日內(nèi)交付展位費(fèi)的50%作為定金（人民幣），以落實(shí)展臺位置；展位費(fèi)的余額于2016年6月25日前付清，歡迎一次付清。否則，主辦單位將視其放棄參展，參展企業(yè)報(bào)名后中途退展，參展費(fèi)用概不退還。
B、在確認(rèn)展位后，主辦單位將向參展單位寄發(fā)《參展手冊》；手冊包括展品運(yùn)輸、展臺設(shè)計(jì)搭建、旅行及住宿安排、物品租用等有關(guān)信息，參展商必須按要求填寫好手冊中有關(guān)表格，并于截止日前交回主辦單位。
C、展位順序分配原則 “先申請、先匯款、先安排”。 主辦單位在收到展位費(fèi)定金后，才能落實(shí)參展商所預(yù)定的展位。
Exhibition participation procedure
A. Fill in the Application Form, stamp it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee. The exhibitor shall, upon the requirement of the payment notice, pay 50% of the exhibition fee as the commission within 7 days in order to reserve the booth. The rest of the exhibition fee shall be paid before june 25, 2016, and lump-sum payment is welcome. Or, the exhibitor will be regarded as giving up the right to exhibit by the organizing authority. If the exhibitor quits the exhibition after the registration, the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
B. After the confirmation of the booth, Exhibitors Manual shall be posted to the exhibitor by the organizing authority. Manual includes information on exhibits transportation, booth design and building, travel and accommodation arrangement, and items rental. The exhibitor must fill in the forms in the Manual according to the requirement, and send them back to the organizing authority before the deadline.
C. The distribution principle of the booth order is “first application, first payment, first arrangement”. The organizing authority can only confirm the booth reserved by the exhibitor after receiving the commission of the exhibition fee.

If your company wishes to register for the exhibition, please ask for the application form from the organizing committee, fill it in, stamp it with seal and send it back to the organizing committee via fax or by post.
